Organized workouts are offered to the Colorado Springs community at no charge!  Our workouts consist of intervals on the track or roads, XC workouts, and trail runs on the west end of town. 

Monthly workout schedules and personalized training plan designed to meet your season's goals are offered to our citizens racing team(members only).  

We meet weekly on Wednesday nights for track workouts at Cheyenne Mountain High School.  After a short meeting, we warm-up for twenty minutes, typically followed by 3-6 miles of interval work on the track and finishing with a cool down. Intervals are timed and monitored by the coaches. During the summer months, the team often holds practices at other locations around town.

Occasional Saturday morning workouts may include social mountain bike rides, tempo runs, hill repeats, or longer trail runs.

Many team members also meet in smaller groups during the rest of the week.
